Club Penguin Halloween Party 2009 – NEW Silly Scarecrow Costume!

Hello penguins!

Club Penguin’s Halloween party is has been awesome since it was released last Monday. Today Club Penguin released a new Silly Scarecrow Costume for members only. Here is how to get the Silly Scarecrow Costume:

1. Click on the map in the lower left.

2. Go to the Mine Shack.

3. Go into the Haunted House.

4. Walk to the box with the Silly Scarecrow Costumes.

5. Click “Yes” when you’re asked to pick it up.
