Club Penguin have been making more difference between member activities and non-member activities. I want Club Penguin to be like it was back in 2008. In 2008, Club Penguin released random types of free items - but not only head items. By giving out head items, players that are not allowed to get a membership, have to buy a Club Penguin toy to unlock items. I know this is like a whole essay, LOL.
